If you have lost your UTR number you do not need to get a replacement, you can use your existing one.

If you’ve forgotten your Unique Taxpayer Reference number you might be able to locate it on any of the following :

(1) On your Tax Return – HM Revenue & Custom Form SA100 (2) On the ‘Notice to Complete a Tax Return’ – HM Revenue & Customs Form SA316 (3) Statement of Account
