I have just received a tax return form for overpaid tax, and I’ve been trying to contact HMRC to inform them I’ve changed my address, but they never pick up the phone.

I’ve tried doing it online but I’m required to type in my UTR number, which should be on the forms they sent me but are not.

I don’t know how to get a UTR number, I’ve applied for it but it seemed to be only a subscription. I really need to inform them the change of address but can’t seem to get through.

What do I do?
